I’ve learned that men and women alike appear more concerned than ever with attractiveness and perceived physical imperfections. Just know that once you start obsessing with beauty, there’s no stopping. Next, it’ll be your body features, body image, then dieting, and it will never stop. So balance your life by shining the light on all of your characteristics.

Use your dominate character strengths and improve on your weaker ones. They’re all a part of you and should balance you. Don’t run from what needs work… do the work.
