Spicy Chipotle Shrimp Tacos w/Lime-Cilantro Sour Cream Sauce & Steamed Lobster Claws

I love finding good recipes, but I really love it when the recipes are from regular home cooks. This week, I am showcasing this delicious spicy chipotle shrimp recipe from a guy, who is a construction worker by day and a gourmet meal constructor by night.  His name is Justice Stewart and he says he is just following his dream. Here is an article about him in a community newspaper, Small Town Living.  This chipotle seasoning is the secret here and they are delicious, I’ve made them several times. Try them, I know you will love them too.
